The successful candidate will manage the bar at the hotel's Brightsmith on the Water Bar and Restaurant. This is a modern, classic but relaxed restaurant and bar for the hotel guests and visitors to enjoy a meal or cocktails overlooking the lake. You will join the team at the hotel's destination Bar and Restaurant, Brightsmith on the Water. You enjoy taking the lead behind the Bar, training new team members, designing cocktails and menus, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
