Job Requirements / Description
Key Responsibilities: Central administration of tables. Ensure all devices are updated following software distribution and follow up on any devices that have not been successfully updated Investigate device software faults, system software faults, and operational faults. Maintain ticketing databases. Provide customer support for my customers' applications, including direct customer interaction and coordination with their supplier for fault logging and diagnosis. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths. Alternatively, at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar post. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an IT-related/database environment. Experience using MS Word and Excel. Proficient in database management. Analytical approach to problem-solving. Skills and Attributes: The ability to work on his own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to think laterally to achieve desired results. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
