A s a Head Chef y ou will be reporting to the Executive Chef and overseeing a team of 24ppl. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment in a similar role in a hotel environment,who hasexcellent communication skills, an eye for detail, good organisational skills and team leadership skills. Working pattern: full time / shift work Salary: CompetitiveSalary As an Head Chef you will: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Ensure compliances with all HACCP standards and Health and Safety policies and procedures. Be involved in menu development with a focus on achieving profitability targets and innovation. Ensure dishes are created to an exceptional standard using fresh ingredients. Be actively involved in training and developing the kitchen team.
