GSL Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barking and Dagenham. If you have experience working with children with SEN and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you! About the Role: Supporting students with special educational needs in their learning and development. Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation. Providing one-to-one and small group support for SEN students. Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Encouraging student engagement and promoting a positive learning environment. What We Are Looking For: Experience working with SEN students in a school setting. Strong communication and empathy skills. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative. A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
