Looking for a Nanny for 3 Children

We are a family in Bristol BS3 looking for help with childcare support as my wife is returning to work. Ideally, we need 4 work days covered (07:30-09:00 and 15:30-18:00) for school drop-off and collection which is a 5min (0.3mile) walk. Days would be Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Caoimhe (Irish pronounced Keeva) is 3, Teagan is 5, Lochlan is 9 and is largely independent and will join the girls on scooter for drop-offs and pick-ups. We have an 11 year-old going to big school who walks himself to and from school with friends, so will not need to join the school routes. Ideally my wife and I can leave the house for work approx 8am and return approx 6pm. The ask would be to help get the kids out the door in the morning for the school run about 08:30, and in the evening, pick them up, return home (maybe a park stop-off) and feed them either pre-prepared meals (provided by us) or a light snack. Looking for the right individual ideally within the BS1, BS2, BS3 or BS4 areas. Ideally walkable to avoid battling with parking and permits.
