Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in food and beverage management, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the bar operations, and work closely with the head chef - Hire, train and supervise bar staff to maintain excellent customer service - Manage staff hours, rota's and holiday - Create and update drink menus, manage and promote events and functions - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service - Cellar managment, line cleaning, beer orders Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of food and beverage products - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere - Ability to organise events and functions, christmas dinners, bank holidays and beer festivals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of health and safety regulations We focus on customer satisfaction and creating a great atmosphere.
