As a**Sales Advisor** based at our Plumb Centre in **Wandsworth** you’ll be
responsible for: ****
* Serving customers on the trade counter, understanding their needs and offering product recommendations.
* Handling customer enquiries through phone and email with a proactive and positive approach, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
* Performing various warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising within the branch.
**And here’s what we’d like you to have:**
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
* A team player who is eager to learn and contribute in a small team environment.
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
* Merchant or Plumbing & Heating experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
between 7.30am - 5pm. Additionally, youll be required to work every other
Saturday morning from 8am to 12 noon paid at overtime.
