However, we know tech moves quickly, so you'll also have a licence to test, play and innovate in how we use technology to make things better across our full end to end process within 4Studio. This might include where we use AI and automation to support our teams, or could be delivering better integrations and new APIs with social platforms.

As a digital & social media native you will represent 4Studio requirements and needs to counterparts within our Channel 4 tech and Operations teams, helping to facilitate the implementation of outcomes that solve problems or help maximise opportunities for us. You will be an excellent technical Business Analyst in this regard, intuitively understanding how to make things better and being the lynchpin between our teams to drive the solutions to successful outcomes.

  • You will become our subject matter expert and super user on core 4Studio tools and systems. If somebody has a question or challenge you be their first port of call, developing a reputation as a fixer.
  • You will identify ways of doing things better, using tech and processes to simplify and enhance our current ways of working. This will involve developing processes and automations that integrate existing tools to reduce the manual steps our teams need to take to build and publish social media content.
  • We need an innovator and you will have the support of the Leadership team to test, play and prototype solutions to opportunities and problems we face.
  • You will be responsible for delivering systemised technical improvements across our end to end content production and distribution processes. This might mean stitching together existing C4 proprietary systems, or building automations that help deliver scale and efficiencies in how we deliver content to social media platforms.

Employees then have the flexibility to decide where they spend the rest of the working week. All our offices are open five days a week.
