Role Overview As the Deputy Manager/Nursing Clinical Lead, you'll support the Home Manager in overseeing care home operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver high standards consistently. Your strong clinical governance and leadership skills will ensure excellent resident care, compliance, and a positive, safe environment. Nursing Clinical Lead Key Responsibilities Lead and manage healthcare staff, fostering a high-morale workplace. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and personalized care plans. Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintain a welcoming environment. Engage with residents and families to address their needs and concerns. Support the Home Manager in maintaining occupancy and promoting the home. Nursing Clinical Lead Qualifications and Experience Proven leadership in a nursing or care home environment. Strong clinical governance skills and experience with dementia care. Personable, with a passion for social care and high standards.
