A leading company in the electrical protection industry is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team in Leeds. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills to ensure smooth office operations and be the face of the office. Key Responsibilities: Manage office inventory, stationery, and catering Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations Schedule meetings and maintain calendars Greet visitors and manage front desk operations Oversee general office management tasks Provide general support to senior management Assist with basic bookkeeping duties The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in office administration and/or coordination Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong numerical aptitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proactive and approachable demeanour Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Sage or SAP (desirable) Benefits Offering: Hybrid working (after 6-month probation, 3 days in the office) 25 days holiday + bank holidays 5% matched pension Free parking Optional subsidised healthcare This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office-related matters.
