We are looking for a

Sales Manager

to drive ad revenue by building relationships with brands and advertisers who want to tap into our growing network of football fans.

Role Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing advertising partnerships that drive revenue for Pitchside Network. You will sell ad placements across our YouTube channels, podcasts, live shows, and social media platforms. This role will focus on both national and local advertisers who are looking to reach targeted fanbases through dynamic and engaging content.

You will play a key role in the growth of the network, working closely with the content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

Create and implement a sales strategy to secure national and local advertising deals across Pitchside Network’s platforms. Build Advertiser Relationships:

Identify and build relationships with brands and agencies that align with our target audience, including national brands, local businesses, and sports-related companies. Ad Sales Across Platforms:

Sell advertising placements across YouTube, podcasts, live streams, social media, and event sponsorships. Custom Ad Packages:

Develop custom ad packages tailored to the needs of advertisers, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI for their campaigns. Client Management:

Act as the main point of contact for advertisers, managing relationships and ensuring successful execution of ad campaigns. Reporting and Analytics:

Provide advertisers with campaign performance reports, offering insights and suggestions for optimization. Collaborate with Content Teams:

Work closely with our content creators to align sponsorships and ads with relevant and engaging content for our audience. Meet Revenue Targets:

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We’re Looking For: Proven Sales Experience:

3+ years of experience in advertising sales, ideally within digital media, sports media, or a related field. Strong Network:

Established relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies, especially those in the sports, retail, or entertainment sectors. Understanding of Digital Advertising:

Strong knowledge of YouTube, podcast, and social media advertising, including ad formats, pricing, and metrics. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills:

Ability to build relationships, present effectively, and close deals with advertisers. Goal-Oriented and Driven:

You are self-motivated and thrive in a target-driven environment. Passion for Sports:

A strong interest in football and understanding of the fan culture is a plus.
