A Dorset based Local Authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer who is wanting to join a borough known for it's sandy beaches, quaint villages and rolling hills! ?? ?? ?? It's also home to one of England's first seaside resort's, so your weekends are likely to feel like a staycation break away! ??? For this role, you'll be required to have experience in: ??Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints. ?? Investigating HMO's. ?? Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations. ?? Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004. This is a 3 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections. ???
