Key responsibilities: * The MEP Revit Technician will manage the process - working with engineers to ensure the deadlines are met. * Develop and organise Revit models, including setting up views, sheets, filters, and other elements. * RIBA stages 2-4 on major commercial, high-rise, transportation infrastructure and leisure complex projects. * Create 3D models and generate 2D drawings on large scale projects. * Develop Navisworks models and generate clash detection reports. * Oversee the creation of drawings to meet project requirements, working collaboratively with other disciplines. * The MEP Revit Technician will contribute to prominent projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial and transportation. Skills and Background: * The MEP Revit Technician will have a deep understanding of Revit MEP, and workflows between architecture and engineering. * Working knowledge of other BIM software including AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric modelling and Revit Family Editor. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape, Scripting languages.
