Risk Manager/Surveyor (H&S)

We’ve been appointed on a genuinely niche opportunity for someone experienced in insurance site surveys and H&S risk management. In this role, you'll conduct site surveys, gather and assess risk information, and provide essential risk management services. These services include health and safety evaluations and fire risk assessments.You'll be part of an established, highly skilled team, working closely with Insolvency Practitioners, Property Receivers and Surveyors who specialise in distressed properties. Your role will be to act as the bridge between clients and broking teams.You will gain exposure to a wide range of businesses and premises, ensuring that no two surveys are the same. This firm is dedicated to supporting professional development through training and qualifications, helping you to excel in your role. Additionally, there are opportunities to influence work processes, contributing to ongoing improvements and service enhancements.In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary reflective of your qualifications and experience, up to £65,000, plus a car allowance and comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to enhanced pensions, life assurance and private medical cover, as well as 25 days holiday with the option to buy additional days.This is a working from home opportunity, where you will spend typically 3 days on site and 2 days at home. To complement the existing team, you will mainly cover the North of England, so you will cover Leeds, Manchester, York, Middlesbrough, Newcastle and occasionally into Scotland, so you will reside within this area.
