Freelance Project Manager (Industrial)

My client are a construction company that design and deliver modern and innovative production and processing facilities for businesses and brands in the UK.

They have secured a 10m Project which will involve the Construction of a New Storage Facility on behalf of a leading storage brand.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Ops, you will be responsible for all construction, programme, design and commercial strategies for the project with responsibility for managing a team.

Duration

60 weeks - Project officially starts in November but my client would like someone on board in October to manage the planning aspect of the scheme.

Pay

My client would be willing to look at Freelance or Fixed Term for this position.

• Freelance Rate: 400- 425pd
• Fixed Term - 80k- 90k + Package

Requirements

• Proven Track Record on Large Steel Frame led projects, ideally within the industrial/storage sectors.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Full UK Driving Licence and Access to a Car
