DATA SCIENTIST£60,000HYBRID (LEEDS)We are looking for a Data Scientist to help pave the way for a new branch of Data Science within an already-established team and company. Work on high-impact, commercially driven machine learning models in the logistics and supply chain space, as part of a retail company!ROLE:Working closely within a team, to design and build models across demand forecasting and supply chain optimisationYou will collaborate closely with Engineers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.Building data visualisation insights and reports, explaining the commercial impact and value of the technical workREQUIREMENTS:Proficiency in Python and SQLExcellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders or clientsExperience with customer/Pricing/logistics based modellingUnderstanding of transport, logistics or demand forecasting
