SALARY RANGE: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
HOURS 35 hours per week to include Saturdays and some evenings

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The specific duties that the Service Manager will undertake include, but are not limited to, are as follows:
Enhance our services for children and youth aged 4-18
Co-ordinate staff recruitment and retention with support from People and Culture Team
Manage staff rotas and childrens bookings
Ensure high quality, safe fun Challengers schemes
Cultivate relationships with external providers, schools and networks
Maintain budget and meet local authority KPIS
Provided training to staff and volunteers
Support Leader and staff teams at scheme level
Youll be great if you have:
Have experience of leading and inspiring teams.
Have experience of working with disabled children or young people.
Can demonstrate a playful and fun attitude whilst understanding professionalism.
Can use initiative to problem solve in a variety of scenarios.
Have a passion for play and inclusion and doing all you can to ensure every child feels safe and feels free to be their authentic self.
If you have great communication skills. One size certainly doesnt fit all in Challengers!
Ability to commute/relocate:
Guildford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
