Marketing Executive

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive, based in our Belfast office.Key Responsibilities:Website content management.Manage social media channels.Prepare and develop Presentational Material as required, including Practice Brochure, Powerpoint Presentations, Practice Information Packs etc.Assist the Marketing Manager with implementation of the Marketing Strategy of the firm.Pro-active liaison with employees at all levels to ensure timely collection of all necessary documentation for tenders and marketing support materials; proofread/edit proposals and project sheets.Assist the Marketing Manager with pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders; contribute to writing bid submission documentation, co-ordinate technical elements.Ensure tender and marketing documents are to a quality/brand compliant standard and delivered on time.Request, record and analyse feedback from submissions.Maintain records of submissions, tenders, results and fees.Marketing material document control.Such tasks that from time to time may arise suitable to this position.Essential Criteria:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.Knowledge of website management and search engine optimisation (SEO).Knowledge of how to manage social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).Desirable Criteria:Degree in a Marketing or relevant discipline.Experience in the construction industry.Bid writing experience.Knowledge of the regional market.Hours:This is a full-time position.37.5 hours per week.Salary:£25-40k, subject to experience.Benefits:Holidays commence at 30 days per year (including public holidays), rising to 35.Taylor & Boyd operates a hybrid working policy.Healthcare Insurance and Health Cash Plan (after 1 year)Company-paid social events throughout the year.Contributory pension scheme.Salary sacrifice schemes e.G. cycle-to-work.Our Practice:Taylor & Boyd LLP is a Consulting Structural and Civil Engineering practice based in Belfast, Derry/Londonderry and Letterkenny.
