As our L&D Specialist, you will be helping us to engage, motivate, equip and retain our people; ensuring Gü continues to be a great place to work.
Based at our Bishop’s Stortford site and reporting into our Talent Development Manager based at Shepherd’s Bush, you will be joining a small People Team with a big responsibility for fixing foundations, growing Gü, building the best, and creating our culture.
Working closely with others in our People function and partnering with stakeholders across all roles/departments/locations (with an emphasis on Operations (office) and Production (factory) teams) will be key to the extent of your influence and impact in this varied and professionally rewarding role.
This is a full-time role and we will consider flexible/part-time hours. We have a hybrid working policy - 3 days office (at Bishop’s Stortford) and 2 days from home. Some travel to our Shepherd’s Bush office.
Some of the Responsibilities:-
- Identify development needs, that enable individual and team performance and align with our strategic business goals
- Implement blended learning solutions, that address gaps in knowledge, behaviour and/or skills
- Design and deliver training sessions, webinars and workshops to our office and factory populations
- Own the Talent module on Bob (platform) to manage and report on goal setting, 1-on-1s and our annual review cycle
