Multi Trade Operative – Covering SE London Full-Time TTP – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8-5) Salary: £36,000 per annum + company van & fuel card Seeking a motivated team player passionate about making a positive impact on lives. Their business covers all aspects of social housing repairs, including responsive, planned, and void maintenance. Your Responsibilities: * Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties * A wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and vacant properties * 1st & 2nd fixes in carpentry and plumbing * The work will include: * Kitchens and bathrooms * Fitting of various types of internal doors * First and second fixing * Window fitting/uPVC * Kitchen installations * Repairing minor leaks * Fitting toilets and sinks * Replacing sanitary wear * Ceramic wall tiling * Plastering repairs * Vinyl floor tiling The successful candidate will have: * Technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent * A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned) * Full, UK driving licence Benefits of working with our client: * A fantastic contributory pension scheme where our client will contribute double what you contribute (e.g. You contribute 3% and our client will contribute 6% - contribution is capped at 10%) * 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday) finishing 1 hour earlier on Fridays * 26 days holiday per year including bank holidays increasing with service years * Company van * Fuel card * Bonus scheme (based on company performance and not guaranteed) * Life insurance (equivalent to 4x annual salary) * Income protection * Health care cash plan * Sick pay * Uniform If you have any questions, contact Slava anytime via the details below
