Pharmacist

Our client in West Yorkshire are looking for an advanced clinical pharmacist Band 8a to work in their hospital. You must have the following experience. Demonstrable substantial post registration as a pharmacist including experience in mental health.Hospital pharmacy experience.Provision of medicines information/ advise/ education to service users, carers and healthcare professionalsEvidence of active involvement in audit, service improvement/ change and project workIn the management of staff, services and/ or resources or the equivalent experienceExperience of working with persons with mental health problemsWorking in other sectors of the pharmacy profession eg primary care, communityExperience of using Pharmacy Dispensary, Patient Record and Medicines Information systemsSupervision of staffWorking with other specialist services such as Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Substance Misuse serviceResearch and DevelopmentProduction of procedures/guidelinePlease apply to the above role if you would like to hear more.
