Kelvinside Manor, opening December 2024, located in the prestigious West End of Glasgow, is a luxurious care home offering top-tier nursing, dementia, and respite care. Your role as a Meallmore Second Chef will include: Assist the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences of our residents. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Ensure Food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and resident satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. Adhere to food budget guidelines and assist in minimising waste. Skills and Requirements: Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements and food allergies is desirable Strong culinary skills and creativity to prepare appetizing meals.
