I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a freelance basis to oversee contracts in West Yorkshire on social housing refurbishment projects.

Duties

• Management of 3 Site Managers
• Management of the supply chain
• Forecasting
• Completion of short programs
• Monitoring of Project Progress
• Project planning
• Resource management
• Risk management
• Quality management

Requirements

• Social Housing repairs and maintenance background is essential
• Proven experience and expertise in a Project Management role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages especially Excel.
• SMSTS
• Asbestos Awareness
