Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies. You will lead the design and control of assembly fixtures, manage process documentation, and implement workflow improvements to enhance production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and control jigs and fixtures for various assembly types.
• Update and maintain manufacturing process documentation (SOPs).
• Implement and manage changes to processes and tooling.
• Analyze and reduce process scrap through improved workflow techniques.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Experience with CAD, preferably Solidworks and PDM.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Sage 200.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
