Job Requirements / Description
London Head Office (Hybrid) Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on people-related matters, including organisational design, talent management, and employee engagement. Working together with local People Partners, address employee relations issues and ensure a fair, equitable, and supportive work environment. Working alongside the Head of Talent Management, support in the development of local talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the UK. Within the UK People Function and wider across the UK business, champion a culture of high performing teams through the implementation of robust performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews and professional development initiatives. Drive succession planning and career development programmes, together with the Head of Talent Management to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our core values and enhances employee satisfaction. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to address areas of improvement. Working in partnerships with the Head of Legal and their team, ensure compliance with UK employment laws, regulations and industry standards. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and support organisational goals. Stay informed on emerging HR trends and legislative changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant. Work collaboratively with the People leadership globally to harmonise policies, processes and best practices. Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of global People initiatives, including diversity and inclusions programmes, employee wellness and organisational development. Utilise People metrics and data analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of our People strategies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to employee engagement, turnover, and talent management to inform strategic adjustments.
