We are currently partnering with secondary schools in Birmingham to recruit dedicated and experienced Exams & Data Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic educational environment and make a significant impact on the school's operations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the administration and organisation of all internal and external examinations. * Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and school policies. * Manage and maintain accurate pupil data, including assessment results, attendance records, and personal information. * Produce and analyse data reports to support school management in making informed decisions. * Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents regarding examination schedules, results, and any related queries. * Support the school in maintaining a high standard of data integrity and security. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as an Exams Officer in a school setting. * Strong background in managing and working with school pupil data. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in using school management information systems (MIS) and data analysis tools. * Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. * Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external agencies.
