Who you are
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
- Experience using E-commerce Software such as Shopify Plus is a bonus
- Experience using Customer Service Software such as Zendesk is advantageous
- Experienced ecommerce professional
- Track record of success in building new operational processes
- Great communication skills – verbal and written – with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Analytical operational thinker, comfortable in turning analysis from large data sets into clear, concise and easy-to-understand recommendations
- Proven experience in Customer contact / operations /supply chain /logistics /e-commerce
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go
- Highly structured and organised with impeccable attention to detail
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help scale Kavee Pets.
- You will be responsible for all three phases of Supply Chain: Purchasing, Planning and Logistics.
- You’ll need to be able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next. You’ll be responsible for customer experience as well as delivering operational efficiencies. You’ll report to the CEO.
- Manage and document the end-to-end operational business processes involved in Marketplace across as vendor onboarding, customer service and vendor support
- Set, be accountable for and report on all key operational KPIs such as cancellation rate, handling time etc
- Responsible for managing the vendor relationship with our 3PL and Customer Care partners.
- Support the Head of Growth to build and execute operations strategy
- Problem solve and execute on key operational innovations and improve the overall e-commerce experience

- £40,000-50,000 salary according to experience
