Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of healthcare facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, and the ability to work within a healthcare environment, adhering to strict regulatory standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5 maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and reactive repairs for healthcare facilities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety regulations.
- Liaise with healthcare staff and stakeholders to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in M&E disciplines would be desired.
