Property Administrator

Vacancy: Property Sales Administrator Term: Permanent Location: Wimbledon Salary: £32k per annum Pro Rata Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 We are currently recruiting for a Property Sales Administrator to cover for maternity at a market leading multi branch Estate Agency based in Wimbledon. The Property Sales Administrator role offers a generous pro rata salary, with good working hours and the opportunity to work for one of South West Londons Leading independent Estate Agencies, processing sales files for high end residential properties in the Wimbledon area. Duties and responsibilities: The Property Sales Administrator shall be responsible for: * Meeting and greeting clients and contractors * Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages for colleagues * Typing property appraisals, creating property brochures and window cards * Uploading property material information and client documents to the database * Conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Land Registry searches * Sending offer letters, withdrawals, memorandums of sale, and invoices. * Booking professional photos, floorplans and EPC’s. * Submitting weekly timesheets, record annual leave requests, and manage petty cash * Overseeing key check-in/out processes Candidate Specification: * Previous experience working as an Administrator in an Estate Agency highly desirable * Previous experience as an administrator in a property related environment, otherwise desirable * Lives within a 45 minute commute of Wimbledon * Confident, outgoing, highly organised and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment Due to the high volume of applications for this Property Sales Administrator role, all successful applicants will be contacted within 7 days of their application date
