Estimator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in cladding and roofing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project specifications, and providing vital cost insights to ensure profitability and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding and roofing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather required data.
• Perform material take-offs and labor cost calculations.
• Manage bids, ensuring they meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Assist in developing project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and adjust estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally with a focus on cladding and roofing.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
