Chef de Partie 4* Hotel Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
Chef de Partie. An opportunity has arisen at our client based in Gerrards Cross for a chef to work in their busy 4* property. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of a 1AA rosette standard for the restaurant, bar and funcrions. Live in is available and you will work 45 hours a week with straight shifts. Salary & Benefits
Salary to £29k + service around 2-3k Live in Accommodation All meals Uniform 28 days holiday Training and development within the company The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients Preparing Restaurant & Bar Meals Opportunity for career development The Person You will already be a Chef de Partie Able to work unsupervised Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen Good attention to detail
