We specialise in crafting virtual worlds, products and experiences at scale, for use across the entire marketing ecosystem. Over the past 5 years, we’ve been pioneering the use of Unreal Engine and Omniverse real-time 3D technology in marketing and advertising.
We’re looking for a Producer to join our real-time motion team to lead a fast-growing consumer account. You’ll have an incredible opportunity to work at a studio that covers motion graphics, VFX, packaging design, 3D modelling, content production and R&D.
You’ll likely come from a CGI/VFX background and get excited about using emerging real-time technology to transform archaic, expensive and inefficient production workflows. We’re looking for a pioneer who shares our mission to become the next-generation production studio.
Responsibilities
- Scope projects, creating budgets and timelines with the help of department heads.
- Oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring delivery deadlines and budgetary goals are met.
- Be comfortable managing teams of VFX artists and creatives, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of creative vision.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve challenges, maintaining workflow efficiency and production quality.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are tracked, reviewed, and approved according to specifications.
- Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising on quality.
- Foster a positive team environment, supporting team morale, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
You’ll Need
2+ years’ experience in VFX / CGI / immersive production
- A keen interest in animation and pushing the boundaries of content production through XR, real-time 3D and Gen AI
- Ability to work in an R&D environment to explore new technological uncertainties and foster that through the agency
- An entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
