Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Greater Manchester Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 Job Type: Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and optimize contracts for high-profile structural steel projects. You will ensure that all main contracts have appropriate terms, manage subcontractor negotiations, and provide accurate monthly forecasting. Your focus will be on maximizing commercial performance and effectively managing risks across various projects. The Candidate * Educated to HND/Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. * Strong understanding of construction and contract law. * Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a focus on financial accuracy.
