Bar Supervisor requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience: Proficient knowledge of beverage, cocktails, spirits and wine. Experience in producing cocktail ingredients in a cocktail lab. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to converse with guests.
