Senior Planning Lawyer – Head of TeamSomerset To £Six Figure Package• Key role for an experienced planning lawyer, up to partner level Our ClientA well-established and highly-regarded regional commercial law firm, our client has a multi-office presence. Legal 500 and Chambers rated, the firm has a particular strength in the property sector and a reputation for punching well above its weight.The RoleThis is a ready-made role for an experienced lawyer to be location planning lead as part of a wider planning team, working with clients including national FTSE 250 and regional house builders. The interesting portfolio of work includes: major planning applications; planning enquiries on major developments; and planning support on individual projects.YouYou may currently be an experienced private practice lawyer or an in-house lawyer interested in a return to private practice. You may be looking for a step-up in terms of responsibility, or to move from a more anonymous role elsewhere.
