Intern to the CEO (m/w/d)

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for comprehensive operational management, building a strong organizational and talent system, and driving breakthrough business growth in alignment with national strategic goals. Conduct comprehensive operational management of the country, identifying and capitalizing on new markets and business opportunities. Enhance the company's brand influence and market share in the region. Build and lead a high-performing national operational unit, ensuring compatibility with strategic goals. Successfully complete corresponding assessments during the training period. Collaborate with teams across various European countries, adapting work and training locations based on actual circumstances. Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin. Basic knowledge of network/IT concepts. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Previous experience or internships in smart IoT-related roles is a plus. Willingness to travel based on business needs.
