Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer, Tottenham, North London £50,000 We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Shift Engineer to join their team for a stand out role in North London. Avoid the hassle of commuting into the City of London. Our client is offering a generous package, including High Voltage training, annual bonus's, and exposure to a state of the art commercial property. For this role, you will ensure PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, liaise with subcontractors, represent the company in a positive manner, and ensure all compliance is adhered to. This role follows a continental shift pattern (Days and Nights) To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) , at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a polite and personable attitude and the ability to work well in a team and individually. Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms HVAC Pumps & Motors AC Tap Temperatures Flushing Water treatment Filters Belts General Building Services Requirements: Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance Experience in high or low voltage switching / shutdowns - Desirable, not essential A career driven and motivated attitude Polite and personable Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential Salary and Benefits: £50,000 per annum High Voltage training provided + AP bonus One off payment for passing probation period Continental shift pattern (Days and nights) Company pension 20 days of annual leave Internal progression Additional training Overtime readily available This is a fantastic opportunity for a shift engineer looking to avoid commuting into the City of London everyday, if you are interested in this role and would like to know more, please apply today with an up to date CV and contact information!
