They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on new build projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a great opportunity to join an up-and-coming Contractor and be part of a growing company. Responsibilities: Safeguarding project completion on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications Supervise, manage and motivate all of the site team including effective management of sub-contractor activities on-site Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations Liaising with management, contractors and sub-contractors Delivering on projects with quality Produce consistent and professional records, reports and general information example plant, machinery and time records.
