Registered Care Home Manager

Our client is a CQC registered home for up to 20 adults with physical disabilities & acquired brain injury (ABI). the home has a current CQC rating of 'Good' and they are committed to supporting residents on their pathway to independence. About the role: Develop and maintain working relationships across the board. Safely lead the service through the effective management of team in liaison with Area Manager. Oversee financial performance of home & manage budget. Responsible for health & safety of the home. Working hours 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri - no on-call! Skills & experience: Proven track record of working in a managerial role, ideally in a similar setting. Experience of working to CQC guidelines & regulations. NVQ/Diploma level 5 in health & social care or equivalent. Ability to communicate well at all levels, take a hand-on approach & remain calm under pressure.
