As the IT Director, you will support the Head of Digital and be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support and maintenance across all of the Digital/IT programme (systems and platforms). Responsibilities Realise and manage the importance of IT systems, data and processes Supporting a variety of systems and platforms including website, customer app, CRM, EPOS, customer recognition software, online billing, stock-taking, event management and more Ensure that the acquisition and implementation of hardware and software is appropriate, cost effective and well managed Skills/Experience Experience creating sophisticated IT Roadmaps / Programmes / Platforms Experience with Hospitality / Payment Systems Have to have worked within a Hospitality environment / clients previously Salary/Benefits £90,000 Basic Salary Per Annum Location Kensington
