Key Responsibilities: - Develop project budgets based on estimates and provide cost information to project managers and clients. - Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders for fit-out projects. - Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible deals. - Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs and timelines. - Suggest alternative materials or methods that can achieve cost savings. - Monitor project costs against estimates and budgets, identifying any variances. - Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, tender submissions, and correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors.
