Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Ashford Job Type: Full time/permanent (Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30) Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience) The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong communication and interpersonal skills
