Job Description:
The Content Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the creation, implementation, optimisation, and measurement of content-driven marketing campaigns. Working across various brands within the sector, the Content Marketing Executive will ensure the seamless execution of content strategies across key digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Create and manage high-quality content for multiple channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, blogs, and more.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce engaging and relevant content.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update content on business line websites, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate social media activities, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
- Assist with online advertising and PPC campaigns, focusing on creating compelling ad copy and analysing campaign performance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Research:
- Implement paid and non-paid activity across all relevant marketing channels.
- Conduct regular analysis, both internal and competitor, to generate recommendations and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for appropriate media channel application in alignment with the Sector Manager.
Accuracy:
- Use best practice principles to build email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion across defined user segments (includes utilising email marketing software for build, segmentation, distribution, and analysis).
- Track and report the success of agreed marketing activity.
- Ensure all output complies with company, industry, and legal guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain brand positioning, ensuring brand messaging and visual identity is consistent with branding and values.
Creative, Production and Distribution:
- Assist with website development, liaising with third-party agencies on strategy, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation to drive high-quality enquiries.
- Project manage inbound marketing programmes across key digital channels and deliver regular e-comms, via agreed campaign channels, to all core audience segments.
- Develop the assets needed for all campaigns with the help of the graphic designer.

Skills/Competencies:
- Ideally a minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience in the following disciplines:
- Content generation
- Website management
- Email marketing (creation and delivery)
- Social Media
- Job board management
- Advantageous to have experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Video/podcast experience
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Intermediate IT skills, e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven consultative communication skills - both verbal and written.
