Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

- Lead and develop the FM contract to meet client expectations and business goals.
- Manage large teams, multi-site operations, and shifting priorities.
- Oversee P&L accounts, ensuring financial and operational performance.
- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and people.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and other relevant standards.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Senior-level experience in facilities management or a relevant qualification (HNC/BIFM).
- Proven experience managing P&L accounts and overseeing multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Expertise in interpreting financial and commercial data.
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications and an SIA Non Front Line License (desirable).
