Are you an experienced Infrastructure Technical Architect or Engineer with a strong grasp of Windows server OS, Microsoft Exchange, virtualization technologies, and server hardware? My client is on the hunt for a talented Technical Architect to lead the way in creating secure, high-assurance systems for major industry clients.What You’ll Do:Design and implement medium to large-scale architecture solutions.Lead technical design discussions, make critical design decisions, and resolve complex challenges.Ensure compliance with data practices, security frameworks, and industry standards.Identify non-functional requirements and integrate them into technical designs.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth transitions from design to delivery.Shape their technical standards and stay ahead of emerging trends in cloud, web, and application technologies.What They’re Looking For:Proven experience in infrastructure design, preferably with TOGAF or similar frameworks.Hands-on experience with technologies like VMware, Windows (SharePoint, Exchange), and security solutions (SIEM, MFA, PKI).Knowledge of Secure by Design and Zero Trust Principles.Background in Defence settings is a plus.Strong communication and documentation skills.Excellent interpersonal abilities for a small, dynamic team environment.Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a passion for tackling complex challenges.Security Clearance Requirement:Candidates must possess or be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with potential to obtain UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.Ready to make an impact with your technical expertise?
