About the role: This part-time Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant role is designed to enhance our students' learning through targeted boosters and interventions. Offering a salary of £85-£100 per day, you will work closely with teachers to provide personalized support, assist with classroom management, and help students achieve their full potential. This position is a new addition to our team, aimed at boosting support and ensuring that students receive the attention they need. You will be working in a lively Key Stage 1 classroom with approximately 25 students. This role stands out as a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on young learners' educational journeys within a supportive and innovative school environment. Application Requirements:• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.• Understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum and strategies for supporting students with Special Educational Needs.• Ideally, a relevant qualification in childcare or education, but not essential if you have substantial relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:• Assist with the delivery of lessons and interventions tailored to individual student needs.• Help manage classroom behavior and support students in their learning.• Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to assessments.• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure cohesive support for all students.
