Employee Relations Specialist - £350+ p/d (Inside IR35) - 3 to 6 Months - On-site London We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a dynamic retail brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and company policies.This role has an immediate start date, so candidates will only be considered if they can be available within a week. This role will also be look at for a temp to perm scenario.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.Conduct thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions.Collaborate with HR and management to promote a positive employee experience.Ensure policies are updated and aligned with UK employment law.Mediate conflicts and offer solutions to enhance employee engagement.Requirements:Proven experience in employee relations within the retail sector.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture.
