Technical Business Analyst

Are you a Business Analyst with technical experience and a knack for working with software development teams? Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business solutions and process improvements. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and both front-end and back-end development teams, you will ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and met. This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days a week in the office, which is based in central Liverpool. What You'll Be Doing: Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes. Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements. Business Cases: Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments. Implementation Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.What You'll Get: A competitive salary ranging from £55-60,000, depending on your experience. Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficient in process mapping and workflow diagramming tools. Good experience working with software development teams and solid technical experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
