Responsibilities of a Head Chef:
Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during all meal periods.

Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation for a flawless dining experience.
Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
About You:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management. Creative and passionate about food, with a strong understanding of diverse culinary techniques. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
