Live Role: Quantity Surveyor Location: Mayfair / Tottenham Court Road / Oxford Street Company: Leading Commercial Fit-Out & Refurb Main Contractor Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 A leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across Central London, including Mayfair, Tottenham Court Road, and Pall Mall. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all financial aspects of projects, from initial estimates to final accounts * Ensure projects are delivered on budget and within agreed timelines * Prepare and monitor cost reports, valuations, and cost forecasting * Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and variations * Provide advice on commercial and contractual matters * Support project teams in achieving cost efficiency and value for money * Prepare tender documents and manage procurement processes Role Highlights: * Projects up to £25 million * Strong client base with long-term contracts * Central London, site-based role (5 days per week) * Excellent opportunity for career progression, reporting directly to the Commercial Director * Sustainable and growing business with forward-thinking leadership This is an exciting role for a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to manage high-profile projects within a supportive and progressive company
